This is a super easy recipe that I saw on instagram posted by Courtney Pruce. It is absolutely fantastic and a really good healthy treat so I just had to share it here.
1 scoop protein powder (I like vanilla with a teaspoon of coffee mixed in)
1tsp xantham gum
6-8 large ice cubes
Enough water or milk to just cover the ingredients.
Add all dry ingredients, and ice, top up with water. Blend!! Prefer something more autumnal? Try leaving out the ice and using chocolate protein powder with warm water or milk (not too hot or the blender lid will pop), and this makes a great hot chocolate style drink.
