This week my recipe of the week is this delicious breakfast smoothie packed with greens and high in protein to keep you full all morning. I just used a few things I had laying around in my cupboard to create this so it was super cheap and quick.
50g broccoli (processed into tiny pieces in a food processor)
1 hand full kale (try to avoid or remove the big stalks)
50g greek yoghurt
150ml milk of choice
1 scoop protein powder of choice (optional, but really delicious)
Put it all into a blender and blend until smooth. It really is that simple!
