Banana Oat Cookies
Ingredients:
- 120g Oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2tsp cinammon
- 1tsp mixed apice
- 1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla)
Method:
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl
- Stir in all dry ingredients
- Shape into 9 cookie shapes and place on a greased oven tray
- Bake at 180 for 20 mins or so, until browned
Nutrition: 14g carbs, 1g fat, 5g protein.
