Banana Oat Cookies



  1. 120g Oats
  2. 2 ripe bananas
  3. 2tsp cinammon
  4. 1tsp mixed apice
  5. 1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla)


  1. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl
  2. Stir in all dry ingredients
  3. Shape into 9 cookie shapes and place on a greased oven tray
  4. Bake at 180 for 20 mins or so, until browned

Nutrition: 14g carbs, 1g fat, 5g protein.
